Well decorated with a unique French Flair. Pride of Ownership. Great one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor in the 8th arrondissement (district) of the center of Paris. Right in the heart of Pairs you’ll find this 32m2 attractive and clean apartment. Located on the first floor (1 flight Up) it is extremely convenient for those that don’t want to climb several flights. (Paris is notorious for stairs) The neighborhood is clean and safe. Some say Posh. 8 highly rated dining establishments are within 4 or 5 city blocks. The #1 shopping street in all of Europe (Champs Elysees) is 3 city blocks away. (8 minute walk / safe day and night) At the corner of this street and Champs Elysees, there is a Monoprix open until midnight all but Sundays. Monoprix is a grocery store & department store in one, and extremely convenient for getting food, wine, drinks, umbrellas, soap, aspirin, etc when most other stores are closed. (Many stores in Paris are closed by 6pm.) There is a small restaurant with good food in the front of the building. Butcher and Bakery (great for breakfast) across the street. Starbucks one and a half blocks to the north and another just around the corner to the West. (There are much better places to get coffee in Paris, but rumor has it that they have free WiFi.) From this location it is easy to get to anywhere in Paris. There is a metro directly across the street from the front door. (Approximately 5 or 6 store fronts away) This is the Metro line 9. (4 stops & 1 transfer to La Tour Eiffel) The next closest metro stop (about 2 city blocks from our Metro 9 Stop) is the Metro line 1. Line 1 is the main line in Paris that goes from Notre Dame, through the Louvre, under Champs Elysees and to the Arch de Triomphe.
