This charming 90m2 apartment is great for families due to the central location. The area is filled with cafes, restaurants, boutiques and open air markets. With two bedrooms, one queen bed in each, this apartment is very comfortable and spacious. There is a separate dining room, terrace and a large kitchen. Located on the Right Bank, Les Batignolles was another of the last rural suburbs to be swallowed up by the voracious city growth of Paris.Known as the 'Village des Batignolles' , this is a typical Parisian residential neighborhood, with many young families and artists as residents. Within minutes on foot are wonderful food markets, many small and authentic bars, cafes and restaurants,boutiques, antique shops and lovely parks to take a stroll. All of the major sites (Opéra, Louvre, Eiffel Tower ,Montmartre) can be reached within 15 to 20 minutes by métro. Still farmers' fields in the mid 19th century, by the end of it, Les Batignolles had become home to the Impressionists, who flocked to the area for cheap rents. You can go go shopping in the huge Haussman galleries and be at The Sacre Coeur Basilic in 10 min by metro- enjoy one of the most view of Paris from its dome...
